For those who didn’t know,
Juice box is a cause to obesity. It has TONS of sugar in it, so that is why present doctors do not recommend parents packing 2 juice boxes in their kids’ lunch everyday.
On the other hand, homemade juice is not as bad as juice boxes. In juice boxes, you know know EXACTLY how much artificial sugar and preservative are in the boxes; where as your homemade juice, you know exactly how much and what you put in it.
The problem with packing your homemade juice is how gross it gets after 4 hours. When you open your bottled water, would you want to see minerals and planktons on the side of the bottle? NO! You’re drinking the minerals and other invisible goods, but you just don’t know it. After four hours of being untouched, you see the GUNK of the fruit/vegis that you blended. There’s more! During the four hours, the enclosed air makes the smell of your mixed goods very strong. When you open the container of juice, it can be good or bad (really depends on your luck).
The secret to drinking something good when you are not home is… to buy Starbucks. JUST KIDDING! That is a solution though… It’s to strain all the gunk out. Keep your beverage cold for as long as possible. Above all, water is always the best thing for anyone to drink. 0 calories and hydrating!
It seems like I’m not going anywhere with this post… but the main point it to not buy juice boxes if you have children, make your own juice, and water is always the best thing to drink.

I forgot to take a picture of my final product because I was too busy trying to devour it… anyways, here are the ingredients!
So I’ve moved away from making my smoothies with ice. I’m making them with frozen food now. (Obviously, things like this is meant to be done the night before; this way you can make the smoothie in the morning by dumping everything in the blender)
Have tall glass out. Throw all your ingredients in the glass and freeze it.
When you wake up in the morning, you need to take the glass out and pour from Pomm Tea in the glass until it fill up. Let the liquid dissolve the frozen fruits a little, then dump the whole thing in the blender.
Voila. Your smoothie <3
So,
I basically stopped posting my recipes because school started again… and you know. School = lots of homework, therefore I didn’t have that much time to explore new recipe. My mind was focused more on school too!
Recently, I’ve been craving one of my old creations. I went through my blog and realized how little I have on it… so I’ve decided to “restart” my business.
I will post at least one recipe per week, can’t guarantee anything more. I will also give out random advices from time to time also. My posts will be more entertaining and yummy <3
I’m sorry that I’ve abandoned you guys for.. oh i dunno… a year…
I’ll start posting again tomorrow!
XOXO,
me
still great
